Funding and donations
Marillac is a non-government organisation established by the Daughters of Charity and, while it enjoys significant financial support from the Daughters of Charity, is substantially funded by Government.
Generally, about 85% of the work carried on by Marillac is funded by Government, with the balance provided from modest client charges, as well as amounts provided by the Daughters of Charity, and donations received from the wider community.
All donations, no matter what size, can make a great difference to the lives of people we support. Donations to Marillac are tax-deductible.
